A Note From Us About COVID-19

At Leading Ladies, our first priority is to make sure that our customers are provided with the best service and quality dresses possible. 

In light of recent developments regarding COVID-19, we would like to make some announcements regarding the production of our dresses. 

• All our current and future orders are scheduled to ship ON TIME within the promised delivery time

• 4-6 weeks for standard orders
• 3 weeks for rush orders

• At this time, we remain UNAFFECTED by COVID-19 but we are closely monitoring the situation to ensure the safety of all of our customers. 

• All of our dresses are made with care and precaution to ensure the safety of our customers with multiple rounds of safety checks by our manufacturer before they are shipped out. 

(Updated 3/26/2020):

• Our regular return period is 14 days from the date of delivery. However, due to the severity of this event, orders placed after March 10th, 2020 have until May 31st, 2020 to return the dresses for a full refund, minus any taxes and shipping costs. 

We understand that bridesmaid dress shopping is a very stressful time and our goal is to reduce that stress for you as much as possible. If there is an update with your order, we will personally reach out to you and provide you with an update.
