We understand sometimes the item might not be exactly what you expected, which is why you have a full 2 weeks from the date of delivery to request a refund, minus shipping fees, restocking fees, handling fees, and any other associated fees.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unused.
• Undamaged and in original condition.
• Returned with all original tags attached.

Please be mindful when trying on your items. We cannot accept returns that show:

• Cosmetic Marks: Makeup or deodorant stains.
• Hygiene Issues: Excessive hair (pet or human), stains, or odors.
• General Wear: Any signs of significant wear and tear.

Note: Items that do not meet our standards, including those with excessive hair, stains, or damage, will not be accepted. At this time, items failing to meet these requirements cannot be refunded.

Custom size, customized (dresses with customization options added), and try-on dresses, swatches, international orders, accessories (scarves and shawls), and items marked "final sale" (including items from our sample sale) are non-refundable.

If a UPS label is dropped off at USPS, there may be a chance that the package will not be returned, and refund will not be processed. Please drop off your return using the original box. Tracking must show that the return is dropped off within 10 calendar days of label issuance. If the return label isn't activated after 10 calendar days of being issued, we will not be able to accept the return. All returns must be shipped back with proper packaging. Leading Ladies L.A. reserves the right to deny a refund if the returned item(s) are damaged due to inadequate packaging. Please make sure to remove all previous shipping labels on the box.

Returns for orders with less than 3 items are entitled to a $10 restocking fee per dress & $7 restocking fee per item from our Pajamas & Robes collection. For returns with 3 or more items, there will be a $20 restocking fee per dress & $15 restocking fee per item from our Pajamas & Robes collection.

4/17/26 Update: For orders placed 4/18/26 onwards, returns with 3 or more items will incur a $25 restocking fee per dress, and $20 restocking fee per item from our Pajamas & Robes collection.

After your item is received, it will take us a week to inspect the item and process the return. We will keep you updated via email.
