We understand sometimes the item might not be exactly what you expected, which is why you have a full 2 weeks from the date of delivery to request a refund, minus shipping fees, restocking fees, and any other associated fees. All eligible items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment, as items in these conditions won’t be accepted. Please note that items not meeting our return requirements, including those that are damaged or show significant wear and tear, cannot be refunded or returned to the customer at this time.

Please drop off your return using the original box within 10 calendar days of receiving the return label (the day of receiving your label is day 1). If the label isn't activated after 10 calendar days of being issued, we will not be able to accept the return.

Returns for orders with less than 3 items are entitled to a $10 restocking fee per dress & $7 restocking fee per item from our Pajamas & Robes collection. For returns with 3 or more items, there will be a $20 restocking fee per dress & $15 restocking fee per item from our Pajamas & Robes collection.

Custom size, customized, and try-on dresses, swatches, international orders, and items marked "final sale" are non-refundable.

After your item is received, it will take us a week to inspect the item and process the return. We will keep you updated via email.
