We understand sometimes the dress might not be exactly what you expected, which is why you have a full 2 weeks from the date of delivery to send it back for a full refund, minus shipping and tax. All bridesmaid dresses must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and the original tags must be attached.

Custom size & customized dresses, swatches, international orders, and items marked "final sale" are non-refundable.
After your item is received, it will take us a week to inspect the item and process the return. We will keep you updated via email.
Our regular return period is 14 days from the date of delivery. However, due to the ongoing impact of COVID-19, you now have 30 days to return your order for a full refund, minus any taxes and shipping costs.
We understand that bridesmaid dress shopping is a very stressful time and our goal is to reduce that stress for you as much as possible. If there is an update with your order, we will personally reach out to you and provide you with an update.
