What are emergency packs?
Each one of our dresses come with an emergency pack with bandaids, pasties, double-sided tape, and a sewing kit included.
Does Leading Ladies L.A. have stores?
We are an online-only brand and thus our products are sold online only. Please contact us at email@example.com with any questions you may have.
Where are the dresses made?
All Leading Ladies L.A. dresses are designed in-house in Los Angeles, and manufactured in China. Our close relationship with our manufacturer allows us to have complete control over production and to ensure that every product is made with a great deal of attention to even the most nuanced detail.
Will my dress(es) be exactly the same color as what is shown on your website?
Camera resolution and monitors may cause colors to vary slightly between the photos and the actual fabric. Colors are subject to the actual dress(es) you receive. We recommend you to order a fabric swatch to confirm the colors.
I received my order and it’s damaged! What do I do?
Quality is at the very top of our values, but accidents do happen. Please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will handle the problem for you ASAP.
Can we try on the dresses?
We are pleased to announce that arrival of our At Home Try-On Program, please refer to our At Home Try-Ons page to begin your try on process.
Do you provide alterations?
No, not at the moment.
How long does it take for me to receive my dress?
All of our dresses are made-to-order for the best quality, but the dress(es) will only take 4-6 weeks from the time you place your order to the dress being made and delivered to you! (For standard delivery, we recommend ordering your dresses at least 10 weeks before the event date)
For rush orders, we cut the time down half, and will deliver your made-to-order dress(es) in 3 weeks.
Where do you ship to?
Currently, we ship to within the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Taiwan, and the UK. We are working on shipping to more destinations, so sign up for our newsletter for more updates!
Also, please note that: We do NOT deliver to P.O. boxes, and to ensure all orders deliver on time, we ship the dresses directly from our manufacturer, so customers are responsible for any and all customs and duties fees that may be applied.
At Home Try-Ons
What is the At Home Try-On Program?
We understand the sizing and colors can be an issue when purchasing a dress online, especially something as important as a bridesmaid dress. This is why we started the at home try-on program so you can order dresses to try on at the comfort of your home. We are always working on adding new styles to this page, so if you don't see the colors or sizes you are looking for, email us at email@example.com to let us assist you in finding the right dresses to try on.
How does it work?
1. Select 1-3 dresses of your choice.
2. Once the dresses arrive, you have 7 days to try them on and decide which one is your perfect fit.
3. Use the return label provided inside the box to mail back the dresses.
4. Place your order for the dress, that's it! Now you can sit freely at home while you wait for your dress to arrive.
When should I order the try-on dresses?
We recommend our customers to order their bridesmaid dresses 5-7 months prior to the wedding because each Leading Ladies dress is made to order. Therefore we recommend you order your try-on dresses 7-8 months prior to the wedding to give yourself sometime before you make a decision.
Why do some try-on dresses come with multiple zippers in the back?
Our new try-on dresses come with multiple sets of zippers in the back to help our customers get accurate sizing with just one dress! Simply match the coordinating zippers on the right and left side to make sure that it's the correct size you're trying on, then zip the dress up to see how it fits. These special dresses come with the following size range:
Can I order try-on dresses along with fabric swatches?
100%! We always recommend our customers order fabric swatches so they get a chance to see and feel the color and the fabric IRL. Especially if you order a dress that is in your size but not in the color you are looking for, we highly recommend order a swatch or two to compare the colors!
What if I need more time more time with the try-on dresses?
We understand sometimes it's hard to make a decision, so if you need more time, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and explain why you need more time.
What if some styles I want aren't available?
If there is a specific style you like that is not available for try-on, please let us know at email@example.com and we will assist you with finding the best alternative.
Can I keep a try-on dress?
Every Leading Ladies dress is made to order as we take the quality of our dresses very seriously. Our try-on samples are only for the try-on program, so please make sure you return the try-on dresses and place an order for a new one.
What happens if I return the dress late?
If you need more time with your try-on dresses, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. However if the dress is not returned within the 7 day try on period, we will charge the customer thefull retail price of the dress unless we have been contacted.
All the try-on samples are unique to us and we want them to remain in the same condition as they came to you. Therefore please do not remove any tags that are attached to the dresses and make sure there are no stains, scent, smoke, pet hair attached to the dress. Any dress that is returned in poor condition will be charged full retail price.
